Browse the collection, add your chosen piece to the cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away. Prefer a human touch? You can also order directly over WhatsApp.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and direct bank transfer. All payments are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Yes. Every price is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and the total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay. Shipping is free nationwide, and there are no hidden charges at delivery.
Orders can be cancelled or amended any time before dispatch — just contact customer service at +92 310 6806434. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our return policy still applies.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes — we ship nationwide through trusted, trackable courier partners, from major cities to smaller towns. Shipping is free on every order.
In-stock pieces from the Clockitty Store arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. Self Import pieces are sourced internationally after your order and typically arrive in 2–4 weeks. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Use the Track Order page with your order number at any time. We also email you at every stage — confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product, and we'll make it right under our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. See the full Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, using your original payment method wherever possible.
Where a warranty applies, it is clearly stated on the product page. Warranty claims do not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage (unless specifically stated), or unauthorized repairs.
Self Import
Self Import pieces are watches we source internationally, on order, just for you. Because each piece begins its journey after you order, delivery takes 2–4 weeks — and you get access to models rarely found in Pakistan, priced transparently in PKR.
No. The PKR price you see at checkout is all-inclusive — sourcing, import, and delivery to your door are all covered.
Bespoke Atelier
Yes — that's what our Bespoke Atelier is for. Share your idea through a request, and our team will walk you through design, pricing in PKR, and a delivery timeline tailored to your commission.
Every commission is quoted individually in PKR after your consultation, based on the movement, materials, and finishing you choose. There are no obligations until you approve the final quote.
