Shipping Policy

Every Clockitty order is packed, insured, and dispatched with care. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs — in short: everywhere in Pakistan, free of charge.

Delivery Coverage

Clockitty delivers nationwide across Pakistan — including all major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, as well as smaller towns served by our courier partners.

Orders are shipped through trusted, trackable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders, nationwide — there are no hidden delivery fees.

  • All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier collects the exact order total in PKR at your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are verified and processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is accepted, and another update when it is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines depend on the collection your piece belongs to:

  • Clockitty Store (in-stock pieces): 3–5 working days from dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Self Import (sourced on order): 2–4 weeks, as each piece is sourced internationally after your order is confirmed.
  • Bespoke Atelier commissions: per the timeline agreed during your consultation.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, courier workload, weather, or public holidays may occasionally extend delivery by a few days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its journey at any time on our Track Order page using your order number. We also send status updates by email at every key stage — confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

Packaging & Handling

Every watch is inspected before dispatch and shipped in protective Clockitty packaging with all original accessories and documentation. Pieces are handled and sealed with care so they arrive exactly as they left our atelier.

Failed & Delayed Deliveries

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Keep your phone reachable — couriers call before delivering, especially for COD orders.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry or contact you to reschedule. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused without reason, our customer service team will reach out to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the item inside is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We will resolve it under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
