Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Should a piece not meet your expectations, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled at Clockitty.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrives damaged.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Include original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products.
  • Products damaged by customer misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Clockitty.

Exchanges

If stock is available, customers may request an exchange for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
